Mayor Michael B. Hancock and the Denver Office of Economic Development Invite You to Attend
Inclusive Communities: A Solutions Forum on Housing
Inclusive Communities: A Solutions Forum on Housing, the third annual Mayor’s Housing Forum, will convene 500 public, private, non-profit sector, and community leaders from across the Denver Metropolitan Area to discuss policy tools and investment strategies to create and preserve affordable housing throughout the region.
The Forum will combine plenary sessions that place affordable housing in a broader context of economic mobility and our identity as a region with four breakout tracks that focus on identifying policy, programmatic, and investment strategies to create and preserve affordable housing across the Denver Metropolitan Area. The four breakout sessions – focused on gentrification, the preservation of affordable housing, homeownership, and access to opportunity – will take place throughout the morning, and are designed to provide a space for our region’s housing stakeholders to dig deep and plan action.
Early-bird registration at a rate of $50 is available through Friday, April 28. A limited number of scholarships are available, primarily for individuals impacted by rising housing costs and non-profit organizations. An application to receive a scholarship for this year’s Housing Summit can be found here.
